Important Updates Coming In 2012

The Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) Master uses the latest CSI MasterFormat versions, therefore as of January 2012, the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications Working Group decided to discontinue support of MasterFormat™ 1995. With the next software release SpecsIntact will no longer support the creation of Jobs or Masters using the old MasterFormat™ 1995 UFGS Master. For backward compatibility, Masters or Jobs created with older versions can still be opened using the latest software versions.

The UFGS Master with Automatic Paragraph Numbering was originally scheduled to be released in February 2012. Due to the delay of software certifications for Army, Navy and NASA, this release must be delayed until each Agency has certified and distributed SpecsIntact v4.5.0. Once the certifications have been obtained, the UFGS Master will be made available.
