February 3 - 4, 2004

The SPECSINTACT Interagency Configuration Control and Coordinating Board, made up of representatives from NASA, NAVFAC and USACE, met at the Kennedy Space Center, FL. The Board convenes regularly to review requests for changes in the software and set the priorities and direction for the design of the system. See the SI-CCCB meeting minutes.

February 27, 2004

The all new QuickStart Guide in printable PDF was released. It's designed for learning the basics of SpecsIntact from A to Z -- for new users or those who want a refresher course.

March 4, 2004

Updated NASA Masters were released on the SpecsIntact web site. These changes will appear on the CCB disc #63, to be released in April.
