Version 4.4.0 was released by the development team for download.

Effective
Monday, April 20, 2009 the SpecsIntact Technical Support
hours available are:
12:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday Eastern Time
Continuing
SpecsIntact development is jointly funded by the National
Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command
(NAVFAC). This product is distributed freely to reduce costs
of doing business with the government through standardization
of construction specifications. Technical Support is freely
available to the extent the government funding will allow.
This
web site provides you with answers to technical questions,
procedures and user tools for performing common tasks, which
can be accessed through the Help Center.
If you are unable to get the answers you need, see the Points
of Contact listed below for the respective agency in order
to get assistance outside these hours:

Today, the SpecsIntact Team along with the SpecsIntact
Interagency Configuration Control and Coordinating Board (SI-CCCB), annouced changes to the Technical Support Hours. These changes will better serve all of our customers worldwide. Effective on April 20, 2009, the new Support Hours will be 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, Eastern Time.

The SPECSINTACT
Interagency Configuration Control and Coordinating Board, made up of
representatives from NASA, NAVFAC and USACE, met at Kennedy Space Center,
FL. The Board convenes regularly to review requests for changes
in the software and set the priorities and direction for the design
of the system.

The UFGS Working
Group, made up of representatives from NASA, NAVFAC and USACE, met
at Kennedy Space Center, FL. The Board convenes regularly to review
requests for changes in the UFGS Database and sets the priorities and
direction for the design of the guide specifications.
