SpecsIntact v.2.8 was released by the development team for distribution on the CCB disc #47 and download from the software page. 

April 27, 1999

SpecsIntact v.2.9 was released by the development team for distribution on the CCB disc #48 and download from the software page.

July 28, 1999

SpecsIntact v.2.9.2 was released by the development team for distribution on the CCB disc #49 and download from the software page. 

October 20, 1999

NASA Master Specifications with the new unified Submittal format were released for download.

October 26, 1999

SpecsIntact v.2.9.5 was released by the development team for distribution on the CCB disc #50 and download from the software page. 

December 7-10, 1999

The SPECSINTACT Interagency Configuration Control and Coordinating Board, made up of representatives from NASA, NAVFAC and USACE, met in Washington, DC on December 7-8.  The Board convenes regularly to review requests for changes in the software and set the priorities and direction for the design of the system.  See the SI-CCCB meeting minutes.


The NASA SPECSINTACT Interagency Configuration Control and Coordinating Board, made up of representatives from most NASA centers, met December 9-10 in Washington, DC.  The  board meets regularly to consider changes to the NASA Construction Guide Specifications (Master Text).  See the NS-CCCB meeting minutes.
