This command can be executed from the Editor's keyboard shortcut F4.

This command will open the window illustrated above, so you can insert a selected tag at the cursor position.  .  If the buttons are not visible, click the  View TagsbarThe Tagsbar is used by the SI Editor to assist the user in preparing and editing specifications by allowing quick access to commonly used tagging commands. If you place your mouse pointer over any toolbar button, you will see a tool tip telling you the command associated with that button. Option   

 

The most commonly used tags may also be inserted using the Tagsbar Buttons.  The Tags is a customizable Tagsbar that provides an easy method for tagging frequently used elements within the specification.

To Insert a Tag

  1. From the cursor position, press the keyboard F4 key
  2. Type the first letter of the Tag description for the Tag Name to appear.
  3. Repeat the letter for subsequent Tags beginning with the Same letter, or
  4. Select the drop-down arrow and choose an available tag from the list
  5. Select OK

To Customize my Tagsbar

  1. From the Tagsbar, select the ToolbarToolbars assists the user in preparing and editing specifications by allowing quick access to commonly used commands.   2. Select Add or Remove Buttons

  3. Check or Uncheck Tags
