Icon Indicating StopThe system is designed to prevent you from mixing Sections containing the old Submittal Descriptions with Sections that use the Unified Submittal Descriptions, which cannot be combined in the same Job or Master. For more information, read Submittals.

Icon Indicating CautionThe system will also warn you when attempting to mix current MasterFormat™ Sections with MasterFormat™ 1995 Sections.  This process is not recommended, as it will cause Section Reference and Report Issues.  It is recommended to find the appropriate current MasterFormat™ Section to edit rather than using an older Section for the project.

When the pending actions are executed, you will see the Sections you added listed in the right pane of the SI Explorer view of your Job.
