This command opens the software designated on your system as the default editor for files with the .RTF (Rich Text Format) file extension (commonly Word or WordPerfect). Here you can create and edit documents such as cover letters (which can also be created, edited or copied through the File menu's Job Properties | General tab under the Cover section.)
