This command allows you to change top and bottom margins, tab stops, and to define left and right margin settings for text enclosed within tags.
Formatting changes made from this dialog box are global, and therefore will affect all SpecsIntact files in every Job and Master on your system, not just the file that is open when the change is made. It is recommended that all editing be completed prior to using this function to make changes. This function should be used with caution, and only by those with a thorough knowledge of SpecsIntact.

These selections will remain in effect until they are changed again from this dialog box, or until a software upgrade is installed, at which point they will revert to the defaults.
The Margins dialog provides the following options:
Margin Units -- Choose either inches or millimeters for units of measure.
Page Margins -- Enter the numeric value you want to use for top and bottom margins.
Name -- From the pull-down list, select the name of the element you want to format
Tag -- The tag that corresponds to the selected element will automatically display
Left -- Enter the numeric value you want to use for the left margin of the text within the specified tag.
Right -- Enter the numeric value you want to use for the right margin of the text within the specified tag.
Center Text -- Check box if you want to center the text between the left and right margins.
Default Button -- Returns the line margins to the SpecsIntact default values for the tag selected.
Default Tab Stops -- Indicate the number of spaces you want the cursor to move when the Tab key is pressed.
