Normally used to achieve a greater margin of Block Indent over Text <TXT> and List <LST> tags. Used for nested paragraphs

Rules:

Can only contain text, <RID>, <ENG>, <MET>, <SUB>, and <SRF>, AND can only be contained within <PRT> and <SPT> tags
