This command provides the capability to Delete either Rows or Columns.

  1. To Delete a Row or Column begin by placing the cursor at the beginning of the row or column to be deleted
  2. Right-click and choose Delete
  3. From the pop-up submenu, choose to delete either the row or column

  1. To Delete Multiple Rows or Columns begin by placing the cursor at the beginning of the row or column to be deleted
  2. Select the rows or columns by Left-clicking and holding the mouse button, then drag to highlight the desired number of rows or columns

  1. Right-click anywhere in the highlighted area
  2. Select Delete, then choose Selected Rows or Selected Columns
