This Command can be executed from the Editor's Toolbar or keyboard shortcut  Alt+N.

 

Allows you to either show or hide the specifier Notes with the Editing Window.  When selected, the Notes will be visible.  When Notes are hidden, its location is indicated by a teal triangle u that will be displayed along the left margin of the SectionA set of files within the Division of a Master or Job that covers specific aspects of construction..  The text of a specific Note may be viewed at any time by clicking the triangle.

 

Illustration Icon Indicating StopWhen engineers, architects, or spec writers edit a Section the first time, Notes must be visible as there is pertinent information about the specification that must be adhered to.
