The SpecsIntact Explorer's menus display commands for creating, editing, processing and printing your Jobs and MastersA group of standard Agency (Master) Guide Specifications used in the preparation of a Job.. Many of the same commands are also available by right-clicking your mouse.

 

Click on the Menu Bar or ToolbarToolbars assists the user in preparing and editing specifications by allowing quick access to commonly used commands. If you place your mouse pointer over any toolbar button, you will see a tool tip telling you the command associated with that button. images below to see the available functions located on each.

The Menu Bar is a user interface element that contains drop-down menus for application-specific selectable functions.  When selected, the drop-down menus also displays the available keyboard shortcuts.  If a menu item is followed by three dots then the menu function contains additional options.

Toolbar

The SI Explorer Toolbar provides shortcuts to some of the most common functions you'll use when working on your Jobs or Masters. If you want to hide the Toolbar, click the View menu and remove the check beside the Toolbar option.

Illustration Icon Indicating Important Information To NoteIn order to hide the Toolbar Button text, go to Setup > Options > General Tab, below Selectable Options, select Hide text on menu buttons to display more content on main window.
