This command can be executed from the SI Explorer's Process Menu and is only available for MastersA group of standard Agency (Master) Guide Specifications used in the preparation of a Job..

Action

Generate List From Section Reference Articles

This function will produce a list of all the References appearing in the Reference Article (s) of the Sections and list them alphabetically.  

 

This feature is primarily used in Jobs to create a new list from the source chosen at the bottom of the screen below Master Reference List to use.  If a list already exists, running this function will overwrite the existing list.

 

Illustration Icon Indicating Important Information To NoteIt is advisable to make a backupA process used to backup a Job, Master, Supplemental Reference List or Templates from the specified location (Drive or other device) of the Supplemental Reference List first by using the File Menu's Backup and Restore command.

Edit List

Allows you to edit an existing Supplemental Reference List through the SI Editor in order to keep the References current.

Allows you to print the existing Supplemental Reference List .

Supplemental Reference File

When a Supplemental Reference List exists, the path will be displayed.

Change

The Change button enables you to select a different location for your Supplemental Reference List .

Master Reference List To Use

Displays the available Master Reference List (s) that are used to generate a Supplemental Reference List .

Path

Displays the file location of the selected Master Reference List .

How to Generate a Supplemental Reference List

  1. From the SpecsIntact Explorer, select the Process Menu and choose Reference Processing
  2. From Reference Processing, select the Supplemental Reference List tab
  3. Below Action, select Generate Supplemental Reference List
  4. Below Master Reference List to Use, select None
  5. Select OK

How to Edit a Supplemental Reference List

  1. From the SpecsIntact Explorer, select the Process Menu and choose Reference Processing
  2. From Reference Processing, select the Supplemental Reference List tab
  3. Below Action, select Edit List
  4. Select OK
