This command can be executed from the Editor's Toolbar, or keyboard shortcut Shift+F8.
When activated, this function marks text for addition and deletion as you edit. Text to be added is identified with an underscore and the green ADD Tags. Text to be deleted is identified with overstriking and the red DEL Tags .
The Revisions function automatically inserts these tags and marks the text for future addition and deletion. The changes become permanent when you use either the Editor's Execute Revisions command, or the similar commands found on the Explorer's File Menu (for an entire Job or Master) or the Sections Menu (for individual Sections).
New Jobs are set to use Revisions by default.
