Full Description

TagsSpecsIntact Tags are used to define key elements and attributes used control content and format as well as run processes and generate reports . These tags consist of an opening and closing tag. A tag -- either opening or closing, is used to mark the start or end of an element. Most tags consist of a beginning-tag <SEC> and ending tag </SEC>, but can also contain some empty-element tags such as <Page />. Tags are: <ADD> </ADD>
   
Description:

This tag is used to identify the additions to the original text. Used for RevisionsThe Revisions command reveals or conceals Revisions that are tagged in the text. Text to be added is identified with underscoring and the Add Tags, <ADD> and </ADD> . Whereas text to be deleted, or Redlined, is identified with overstriking and the Delete Tags, <DEL> and </DEL>. to depict the information that has been added to the text that is not original information. tags can not be added using the Insert > Tags menu option. To insert tags, you must turn on the Revisions function (Edit Menu). When new text is entered, the tags will be inserted automatically. Text surrounded by ADD tags appears green and underlined. Text encompassed with the ADD tags will be added (and the ADD tags will be removed) when the Edit > Execute Revisions command is selected.

The addition tag is accessed by the Revisions function.  Any text surrounded by ADD tags is considered text that was added to the original text and will be incorporated in the future.  Use Edit > Execute Revisions to remove all of the Revisions (DEL tags as well as ADD tags) throughout the SectionA set of files within the Division of a Master or Job that covers specific aspects of construction. and remove addition tags while adding the text within the ADD tags to the Section.
