This command can be executed from the SI Explorer's File Menu >Process and Print/Publish > Reports tab.

The Address Verification Report (ADDVER.RPT) lists Reference Organizations that appear in any Section's Reference Article without a corresponding listing in either the 01 42 00 Sources for Reference Publication Section or the Supplemental Reference List (SRL) .  The Job must contain the Sources for Reference Publications Section to produce this report.

If the Sources for Reference Publications Section of the Job already lists the Reference's Sponsoring Organization:

  1. Use the Reference Wizard to add the Sponsoring Organization name, acronym, Reference Identifier and Reference Title (with all corresponding tags) to the Section's Reference Article .
  2. Verify that the information that you added to the Section's Reference Article is identical -- including text, spaces, and capitalization -- to the one found in the Sources for Reference Publications Section.

If the Sources for Reference Publications Section of the Job doesn't list the Reference's Sponsoring Organization:

  1. Use the Reference Wizard to add the Sponsoring Organization name, acronym, Reference Identifier and Reference Title (with all corresponding tags) to the Section's Reference Article.

  1. Right-click on the Reference Identifier you just added, and choose Check References from the pop-up menu.
  2. Click Yes when prompted to automatically add the Reference to your Supplemental Reference List (SRL) (which will open to confirm the addition).
  3. Open your Job's 01 42 00 Sources for Reference Publication Section and add the Sponsoring Organization name, acronym, address, phone/fax numbers, e-mail address and web address (with all the corresponding tags) making certain the text, spaces and capitalization are identical to the listing you added to the Reference Article.
