This command can be executed from the Editor's Right-click Menu or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+T.
Removes <ADD></ADD> tags and the text between them that was previously designated to be added, as indicated by green underlining.
Activating
the command without any green
underlined text selected will remove all
the added text throughout the entire Section,
and remove the corresponding <ADD>
Tags. Activating the command with
green underlined text selected will remove
only the selected text (this command can be executed from the
Right-click
Menu).
You
can use the Edit > Undo
Command to reverse the results of this function before
the changes have been saved or the Execute
Revisions command has been used.
You have used the Revisions function to mark the following text for addition:
If you select the word "not" and
click Edit
> Delete Added Revisions or
right-click
and choose the same option, the result would
be:
This function has no effect
on any text marked for deletion by red strikethrough
and located between the <DEL></DEL>
tags -- see Undelete
Redlined Revisions for that function. In order to revert both Add and Delete functions at the same time, use Remove All Revisions.
